We’re looking for a Junior Creative Performance Specialist who is passionate about advertising and performance marketing. You’ll research trends across social platforms, analyze what content performs well organically and in paid media, and help create high-performing ads. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about performance creative, PPC, funnels, and growth marketing. You’ll primarily work on ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and (in the future) TikTok.
Research high-performing ads and trends across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
Analyze organic and paid content to understand what works and why
Assist in creating performance-focused ad creatives (video & static)
Continuously test new angles, hooks, formats, and concepts
Support PPC and funnel strategy by aligning creatives with campaign goals
Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and platform changes
💰Salary: 10EUR per hour
🌍Work from anywhere in the world
⏰10-15 ads per week minimum
